How Third Party PVD Service is Performed:

SAMPLING AND COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION

Initial Consultation: Our professionals make an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and propose some solutions.

Sampling and Testing Phase: A test sample is created to ensure the coating meets the quality and performance criteria. Professionals at the PVD Coating Center collaborate closely with customers to agree on and perform necessary tests in our laboratory, verifying the coating’s quality before sending samples.

Customer Feedback: The sample is sent to the customer for review and approval. Any adjustments or optimizations are discussed at this stage.

PVD COATING PRODUCTION

Pre-Production: Once the sample is approved, the customer sends the pieces to be coated to the PVD coating center. Each part is thoroughly washed and prepared for the coating process, ensuring the highest quality of the final result.

PVD Coating Phase: The pieces are placed in a vacuum chamber where the coating material is vaporized and uniformly deposited onto their surfaces. Through strict control of temperature, pressure, and gas composition, the mechanical and chemical properties of the coating are optimized.

Reporting: The entire processing cycle is constantly monitored, and process data is checked and recorded. Customized and “validation” reports of the process performed can be produced at the customer’s request.

POST TREATMENT CONTROLS

Quality Control: Each coated piece goes through rigorous quality control to verify that the coating meets the required standards. The type of inspections and the extent of them is decided together with the customer.

Packing and Shipping: The coated pieces are then carefully packed in order to protect them during transportation. Shipping is arranged to ensure timely and safe delivery to the customer.

On what materials can I deposit PVD?
